Return / Exchange Policy
Please note - you must call before sending back an item!
If you wish to return or exchange an item(s) that you have purchased, please contact us before sending back any returns.
All returned items must be in the condition that they were purchased. If we can tell the item has been used or been on the track, the item will he held until you pay for shipping back to you. Used equipment is not returnable except for manufacturing issues.
Returns / Exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment to receive a full refund of purchase price. Returns / Exchanges after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns / exchanges will be accepted after 90 days.
Be advised - If you use your purchase for a few days or during a practice session, and then decide it’s not for you - it’s yours plain and simple.
In the event of a return, once the item(s) has been returned to us and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned minus the initial shipping cost.
In a situation where an item is exchanged for a different size, shipping charges will be applied to the replacement item.
Refunds will be made via the manner in which it was made. If a credit card was used, the refund will go on that card. If Paypal was used, the refund will be through Paypal.
Shipping costs are not refunded.

The trust that customers place with us in terms of handling their personal and payment information is very important. Team Valhalla Racing does not store any of this information on our computer system. All shipping and payment information is stored off-site with a secure processor. Team Valhalla Racing's computer system is PCI compliant.
Shipping addresses are shared only with the organizations needed to complete a delivery - UPS, and USPS.
Payment information is only given to our merchant service provider for the purpose of processing payments for credit cards. This information is given directly to our merchant service provider through the checkout process and is not stored on our computer systems.
Customer contact information is not shared or sold. Customer contact information is used only to promote new items, sales promotions, or news information. Customers that no longer wish to be included in mailings are removed from the contact list.
Creating An Account
You have the option at the end of the checkout process of creating an account with Team Valhalla Racing. If you create an account, you will be able to speed up the Check Out process with future orders and view past purchases.
We'll make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, but this may depend on inventory levels at the time your order is placed. If you would like to receive your order by a specific time, please contact us either by phone or email to let us know what time frame you are dealing with.
Most shipments are made utilizing UPS. Every UPS package has a tracking number that is emailed to the customer upon its shipment. If you’re not receiving an email from UPS with tracking information, you may want to check your “Junk Mail” folder.
Once a package has been sent, delivery is beyond our control. Team Valhalla Racing will gladly assist with applying for additional tracking information for any package that is beyond the three week delivery time frame.

All International Orders are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and may take upwards of three weeks delivery time depending on the location. A tracking number will be forwarded to the customer as soon as the shipment is made.
Make sure you fill in your phone number in the order process.
